Philosophy is love of wisdom.
Love and wisdom are part of the philosophic blood.
Wisdom is only defined by how practical and helpful ideas can be.
The purpose of philosophy is to completely discover and understand what is and what aught.
Philosophy is almost always supposed to be practical or in some way useful.

When you do something you love to do, are you doing it because it's practical or simply because you enjoy doing it?Dan~ wrote: ↑Wed Apr 11, 2018 1:20 amPhilosophy is love of wisdom.

Philosophy is love of wisdom and if you love it, you will find enjoyment in it with no regard or need for practicality

The purpose of philosophy is the same as the purpose for anything else: fun

Serendipity - the occurrence of events by chance in a happy or beneficial way; life; learning.
